      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;I am not able to perform any changes in ise&lt;BR /&gt;adding ip or delete&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;reset-config&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;start/stop application ise&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;whenever I tried the following message appeared&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;waiting up to 30 seconds for APP_START to finish&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;cannot continue ip address change as APP_START is running&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried rebooting the node but the same problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It would help if you waited for some time to app start to finish before you config., Depending on compute it will take some time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;check the application running from console :&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;12hrs is not regular time to start ISE It usually takes 5-15 mins, depending on the HW. I would assume it is either broken, or initially installed faulty. Either way, I would proceed with re-image of the node.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't see any followups from you after a few weeks so I will assume restarts worked or you called TAC to resolve.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
