Can't disable API feature on Nexus 9k (Possible Bug)

Hello Everyone,

On my nexus 9k I have run into a problem where I can't stop the NXAPI feature from being accessed. Even with the feature disabled, I can open a web browser and get to it via https. Is this a known bug or is there something further I need to do to stop users from getting to NXAPI?
