As per what you described you might be hitting the bug CSCvr25989 , where you want to do ISE posture in a VPN connection whose machine does not have the system scan module already installed, what you will have to do is either install manually the ISE posture scan module as indicated here https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/smb/routers/cisco-rv-series-small-business-routers/smb5686-install-cisco-anyconnect-secure-mobility-client-on-a-windows.html or you can make the machines get the required module through the firewall by uploading the image to the firewall https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/network-management/remote-access/212424-anyconnect-remote-access-vpn-configurati.html#anc15.

Let me know if that helped you .

Cheers.

Hi everyone

I'm trying to use Cisco Annyconect VPN for the first time, I can connect to the VPN, but when I'm redirected to the login page in the browser the device sacning always shows a timeout error message saying it took too long to scan and that I need to try again. I've done this several times so far and it's always the same results.

Does anyone know why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Hey @Rodrigo Diaz thanks for the reply! I connect to the VPN, but them when the device security check starts in the browser the System Scan doesn't appear in the Annyconnect, so I don't think the security check is working. Is there something else I should do or install for that to work?
