topic SXP reflector in Network Access Control

Does anyone have any good information on how to setup SXP reflectors. Our ISE environment has used up almost all our SXP peer connections within ISE. Also a list of routers that can handle all the SXP mappings. I know the majority of ISR/ASR can handle them to my knowledge.
