In the process of setting up Dot1x with Active Directory and thought I had the solution working.

This was initially setup by a vendor and I am picking this up to get working.

The error that occurs is to do with the authorization policy and this setting and I am not sure if it is needed.

That attribute is related to Machine Access Restriction (MAR), which has known issues. See Machine Access Restriction Pros and Cons.

A better option with current Windows versions is using EAP Chaining with TEAP.
