    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;having this error pop up trying to connect to our azure hosted ISE node&lt;BR /&gt;v3.2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="TedB123_1-1687431447678.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.cisco.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/188202i4F97DF3E7C7F0ADA/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="TedB123_1-1687431447678.png" alt="TedB123_1-1687431447678.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;not sure whats happening here as im sure i was connected via SSH yesterday.&lt;BR /&gt;i can access ISE via GUI and the serial console in Azure.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;does anybody know how to resolve this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;- Make sure to use the latest version of PuTTY , (if not yet done) ; now you may also have the serial console open in Azure when this is tried , perhaps an informative message is or gets displayed ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think ISE 3.2 in Azure would only allow you SSH into it via the SSH key pair, so you might need to import the key into putty before you can SSH to that box. I can't remember exactly where that should be imported, but I think it is in Connection &amp;gt; Data tab.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think you are right, it would be in Connection &amp;gt; SSH &amp;gt; Auth and in the Authentication parameters section you browse for the key.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
