Cisco ISE admin access with SAML integration with Okta

I am trying to integrate with Okta SAML for Cisco ISE admin portal access. We have a distributed environment having 2 Pair of Admin Nodes and 20+ PSNs spread across the globe. I have configured all settings for SAML integration. I would like to use one of the PSNs which is in the same LAN as PAN/MNT. However, the authentication request goes to the remote PSN. The issue here is I am accessing the PAN from Jumphost which does not have access to the PSN that is trying to access., moreover those PSNs may get retired after some time.

So is there an option to configure or change the default configuration for Admin portal ?

No. Authentication services are handled by a PSN

We would like to choose the PSNs available which is near to PAN. Can we modify the selection of PSN for redirection from PAN ?
