ISE 3.0 sponsor portal default phone number country prefix

Hi,

Is it possible to change the default phone number prefix in the ISE sponsor portal?

Right now the default is the US prefix, but I would like to change it to something else.

I don't care if I can change it globally, per sponsor portal or per sponsor user. We just want to use our local prefix, so the sponsor users don't need to change it.

Have you created Locations and referenced them in your Sponsor Groups?

Hello Charlie,

yes, we created Location Prague with Time Zone Europe/Prague and we still get preffered US Country Prefix.
