"Portal has got a self signed certificate" is your issue. You need to assign a trusted internal CA certificate to the portal.

Hi Experts,

Every time the Secure client posture process starts, it warns about untrusted certificate for the PSN it is connecting. Certificates are issued by the internal CA and the computer has the root and intermediate CAs certificates added into the user and computer trusted stores. The admin portal access to the PSN works without any certificate warning.

Portal has got a self signed certificate

ISE 3.2 patch 4
