we have a cisco ISE 3595 and I rebooted it by typing reload in the cli. I finally hooked up a vga connection to a monitor and its just stuck on "configuration memory testing memory", keyboard seems unresponsive. I tried connecting from the I/O in the front to my laptop but no cli shows up. Any advice? I already manually rebooted it. Its just stuck There is a IP which I think is for CIMC.
