Please provide a screenshot... are you sure you configured the WLC or the 3rd party WIFI correctly to use dot1x or is it still configured for a key ? Please verify that..

Hello,

After 802.1X authentication on Wi-Fi, it asks me to enter the network security key, even though I haven't configured any key. This is the 802.1X configuration on Cisco ISE. I also haven't configured the posture, just authentication with Active Directory. could you please help me to resolve this issue ?

It was working well, but after reimaging the Cisco ISE appliance, I encountered this issue. The WLC is configured correctly, and the policies in the ISE are also set up properly.

When i use the correct AD credentials i see this window when asking me to enter a key of network security as you see in the screenshoot
