Hi all;

In my ISE implementation (ISE 3.2 Patch 6), in the main dashboard, the numbers appeared in the "Total Endpoints" section is different with "Endpoints" section. Should these sections show the same report? If yes, how can I resolve this problem?

Thanks

Hi, "Total Endpoints" are the endpoints seen by ISE and in the dashboard "Endpoints" are the total number of endpoints which ISE has been successful to profile.

How is it possible an endpoint is discovered by ISE and ISE cannot profile it (even with attaching Unknown tag on it)?

Because it did not receive enough information via profiling probes to make a decision. Or ISE has no profile for that particular endpoint.
