Hi,

I have a problem with the visualization of the portal page where the guest user can self-reset its password, Cisco ISE 3.1 patch 9.

In the effective portal, I don't see the Username field required to reset the password.

This is the preview in the settings,

and this is the part where I can't see the Username field:

Anyone that can help me to fix this?

Other thing, when I try to reset the password of an account previously created, the system say that the user doesn't exist.

Thanks in advance for the help.

I have not tried this automation process, since we reset manually or send over email

as per above screenshot asking you to enter email or phone to send reset password information, if the email or Phone registered that is valid you instructions i guess here.
