    <description>&lt;P&gt;For ISE 3.2 you are right, patch 7 is the latest and it should be the one that you install. ISE patches are accumulative which means when you install patch 7 in this case it will include all the previous bugs resolutions that have been added to the previous patches.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
