Problem with Cisco ise 802.1x and VLAN assignment

Hello,

I'm using cisco is 2.7 to dynamically assign VLANs to users connecting with WIFI. I have Cisco 9800 vWLC and access point 9105.

We have tried everything: from new virtual machines, new VLANs, local mode, flex and all, but we keep getting the same error the user can connect but does not get an IP.

We checked vlans on all switchs are the same .

Anyone can help .

Thanks for responding .

As for the error it's not an error message but the users can connect to the WIFI but they dont get an IP address and in the ise it shows authenticated and i can see the user on the WLC .

Hello ,

It turns out it was our fault, since the team was only testing with one user on one clan, but when we tested other users on multiple vlans it all worked perfectly.

Please read for your future questions since "we keep getting the same error" and "user can connect but does not get an IP" are not specific or helpful.
