The download link for agent is not available in CCO

What is the process for upgrading the Passive ID Agent that is installed on the DC's? I do not see a separate download for the Passive ID Agent in the ISE software downloads, so I'm assuming if the agent is updated, it is included in the ISO of the ISE release (or in a patch)? If that is the case, would we need to perform a manual uninstall of the Passive ID Agent on each DC and then re-deploy it from ISE?

If the agent were to be updated, it would be included in ISE as well as posted to CCO. You could then update it on the controllers in one of two ways. Uninstall it from DC and then install the new agent manually, or you could have ISE do it after you have uploaded it. Hope that helps.

Regards,
-Tim
