Update: I am able to resolve the issue. I had to create a new repository and a new pre-share key. Once I did that, the scheduled backup starts working again for the past two days. Create a new repository but using the existing pre-share key did NOT work.

Environment is 3.3 patch-4. I have a configuration backup and an operation backup scheduled daily at 12am and 2pm, respectively. The operation backup is working fine but the configuration backup is NOT. I can manually backup the configuration from both CLI and through the GUI. Furthermore, "show repository" and from the GUI, I can see backup configuration files that I manually backup, so everything looks correct. I even removed the backup schedule and added it back at least three times but it is still not working. I am running out of ideas.

Thoughts?

What does the GUI show? No errors at all? Is a TAC case open?

Tried "Application stop" and reload? Operations Audit might hold some clues. Smells like a TAC case.

The GUI shows operation backup but no configuration backup with the exception of the last time it was manually backup by me. Yes, I opened a ticket with TAC, waiting to hear back.
