from today, at a Live Logs http_s://ise1......com/admin/liveAuthenticationDetail.do
on some detaled reports I see

No Data available for this record. Either the data is purged or authentication for this session record happened a week ago.
Or if this is an 'PassiveID' or 'PassiveID Visibility' session, it will not have authentication details on ISE but only the session.

and on other sessions

No Data available for this record. Details for records older than 7 days are purged.

Two Nodes with equal Roles. Do not using PassiveID. Uptime is about a 1 year. Version is 3.2.0.542 patch 7.
While looking for a solution, found two bugs, probably I am hitting at...

Conditions: ISE 3.1 patch 4 -! (not my version...but anyway)
Two MNT nodes

So, I am quite quriuos :)...Cound this be a result in deployment 2fa server into ISE as External RADIUS Server
Or maybe I just got unlucky and the date and time of the 2fa implementation coincided. О_о
If this bug CSCwf03445 is really my case..,what is a procedure to change\disables roles?
ISE is in production, long downtime is painful.

You're probably clicking on blue sessions which display this. Check green/red auth details.

Sessions can show details, but since ISE will rejoin a session the original data can exceed the 24 hour live log time and this is what I see usually on them.

Yes, the blue one icon.
I do not see green icon only blue
But it always was info there...why I cannot see it now?
It is passed more that 24 hrs...still nothing.

Does it reasonable to install patch 8 or try first to reload both nodes..?
i do not see detalied logs from today...like ISE no more logging? could this be?

So, I have found the blue session is blank a lot. Depending on device you may need to search by the mac address to find the auth sessions and there should be data there.

But now that I try mine are showing now, so I wonder if it's based off load. Earlier I was getting the same error as you and usually only get a lookup on the auth.

It is good to hear that detailed logs (blue icon :)) are available in your deplyment.
I will try to reload nodes on NY hollidays, install patch 8. And disable role MnT on node2.
will see will it help or not.

the message "No Data available for this record ..." has been a headache for some time now in ISE.

In addition to the Bug ID you already mentioned:

CSCwf03445 ISE 3.1 : Live Log details displaying: No data available due to "Error in EndpointDetail toUIFormat"

please take a look at:

CSCwn42405 Live Log Detail does not Appear in a Two Node Deployment when one node has both Primary Roles

Two questions:

You have 2x Nodes, is your PPAN also a PMnT ? If the answer is yes, please take a look at CSCwn42405 above.

Your uptime is about an year, could you please check your MiB Swap Used ?

its been 1 year that ISEs working without any issues... this happened one day and Authentication deatiled report gone away...
btw, we have 3.2.0.542 patch7, and i see that there is patch9 released.
So we could directly strike to patch9 without installation of patch8? this is a minor update

patches are cumulative, so you can go straight to patch 9 from even patch 1.
