&lt;P&gt;AFAIK there is no way to perform posture checks through FortiClient with ISE acting as the authentication server. ISE posture checks require the ISE Posture Agent to be installed on the device through the AnyConnect XML profile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can do CoA with the Fortigate, but you're not able to access the full ISE posture check without installing the ISE Posture Agent on endpoints.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
