Hi, first of all, sorry for my english 😞

I have a problem with a cisco asa 5510 appliance and the AAA authentication. Sometimes I get the error of the title. But this error does not appear all the time. It only appears sometimes. I´m going to explain our configuration:

The cisco ASA has the ip 10.0.0.1/16, and the radius server has the ip 10.0.3.40/16. Comunication between both devices is ok, ping responses with 100% rate, and the server radius has the windows firewall disabled. Server Radius is part of a domain, and in the other hand, we have another three domains that contain the users accounts. Trust relationships between all domains work perfectly: every users can log into the server radius.

Users connect the vpn using cisco anyconnect client (ver.3.1) and sometimes users of one of the domains receive the message: "Connection attempt has failed due to a network or pc issue". In that cases, I have test the connection from the cisco appliance to the server radius using the test button in AAA server configuration from ASDM, and I have observed that users of one of the domains fail, but testing with accounts of the others domains results ok.

To solve this issue I only have to reset the secret key in both Cisco ASA and Radius Server, and all users from all domains work fine again.

Can you help me about this problem?

Thanks in advance
