How to restore ACS 5.5 View Database

Hello,

how can i restore the ACSView Database of an ACS 5.5 Server?

I think the right way is in the ACS View Webinterface in Monitoring Configuration -> System Operations -> Data Management -> Restore

The problem is that there are no available Backups to Restore.

I backup my ACSView Database on an external Storage. One time in the week i do an Full Backup and daily incremental Backups.

How can i now select these Backups?

Hi,

for the "external storage" , did you meant a SFTP/FTP server?

how did you backup the view database ?

i believe you need configure a repository first, right?

you can verify the repository in CLI,

show repository <repository name>

Hello,

the problem is solved. It was an problem with the ssh connection. The ACS could not read in the repository so there were no Backups listed.
