ERROR: Database Priming Failed

Hi All,

I did fresh installation Cisco ISE 1.2.1.128 in appliance 3355. Image copy to machine was OK. But after "setup" process, it appears "ERROR: Database Priming Failed".

As your information, my initial configuration (NTP, DNS, Timezone with UTC) was OK. I already did third installation, but still failed. Any clues?

This can be due to DNS issue

This can be due to DNS issue, be sure management interfaces is connected to live network with connectivity to DNS where nodes can resolve FQDNs forward and reverse lookup

Hi Venkatesh,

Do mean i have to create my hostname to my DNS before installation?

For your information, my interface already can "ping" to NTP and DNS.
