    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my customer had an issue related to AD login, after Cisco dev got involved customer was given a root patch&amp;nbsp; "rpssh_12.tar.gz" after applying this during the weekend now the Active guest (dashboard) displays incorrect information. meaning : &lt;SPAN class="tabs2_section tabs2_section_1" id="section_tab.8793d5ff0a0a3c08548b83ca00e3bc1a" style="display: block;"&gt;&lt;SPAN id="section.8793d5ff0a0a3c08548b83ca00e3bc1a"&gt;&lt;SPAN id="8793d5ff0a0a3c08548b83ca00e3bc1a" style="display: block; margin-bottom: 5px;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;it tells the customer that from&amp;nbsp; the Weekend on till right now they have 613 active Guest Accounts.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I think there is some issue in you root patch installation. Try to remove and reinstall it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
