Hi,

You likely need to configure the My Devices Portal authentication source sequence. By default, it is internal users only. You can change it to your AD authentication source sequence, if you have one, or you can modify the My Devices authentication source sequence to include your AD server.

ISE 1.2 My device portal is not work

I cannot login to my device portal with username and password in AD. It shows the massage "Username and Password is invalid" But i can login by internal user in ISE.

I check the sequence in Authentication. AD is the first.

PS. I use the username in AD to authentication. When authentication successful. the browser will redirect to register device. Some user will show the wrong user in the page.
For example, I use test1 to authenticate . It shows other user on the register device page.

I use ISE 1.2 Patch 6

I need somebody help.
Many thank.
