I installed the certificate from the feed server, now it works.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I found the issue. I had deleted the root CAs (baltimore, thawte, verisign). The ISE was unable to communicate to the &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;feed service, posture and provisioning update sites without those CAs. After I have installed them again, the problem was fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CCNP R&amp;amp;S&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
