Hi all,

Can you please help with the following.

We have a Cisco Secure ACS v4.1. A number of Groups have been created under the "Group Setup". Each group has a number of users in it. The Password Authentication is ACS Internal Database. I cannot see the password of the users. Users sometimes forget their passwords and since I cannot see what it is, I end up resetting the password and giving the user a new password.

My question is: is there a procedure/a way to actually recover the user password?

Thank you
