topic Authentication issues in Network Access Control

Hello,

I have two users at a particular site that when they log in each morning their phones reboot. It also happens at random times of the day after they come back from somewhere and unlock their pc.

At first glance when looking at the pc logs I thought it was a faulty NIC as they have older pc's. I've replaced cables, pc, and phone. After replacing the PC and phone the issue took 3 days to restart again. There's no error messages on the switch dealing with their particular ports. We use 802.1X with radius authentication to an ACS box. Nobody else is having these types of issues at this site. Below is the output of their switch port setup the 2 have identical setup as well as the rest of the site. My next step was to change which switch port they plug into but thought I would post for any further ideas or thoughts?

Use a Cisco Switch C3560

Mitel Voip Phones

Thanks,

description ***Wall Jack A21***
switchport access vlan 73
switchport trunk native vlan 73
switchport trunk allowed vlan 2-4094
switchport mode access
switchport nonegotiate
switchport voice vlan 161
mls qos trust cos
dot1x mac-auth-bypass
dot1x pae authenticator
dot1x port-control auto
dot1x host-mode multi-host
dot1x violation-mode protect
spanning-tree portfast

This may be an issue related

This may be an issue related to the firmware of the endpoint device. I would suggest you to upgrade the same, if any update is there.
