I have the Cisco ACS agent installed on several servers. When I try to install the CSA client the installation fails. I was told this is a known problem. Does anybody know the fix for this? The only way I can get CSA to install is by uninstalling the ACS agent.

When you attempt to install CSA is there any error message in the log file?

By default you can find this at C:\Program Files\CiscoSystems\CSAgent\log\CSAgent-Install.log

I don't know much about the ACS remote client but don't they both install a service called CSAgent?

That might be why it won't work.

Tom
