ACS Features needed ?

I was looking for a certain features that was reported for me by some customers. I hope someone has noticed those:

1- When the ACS assign the ip address for the users from a pool defined in the ACS, how can I know which user take which IP. If I check in the report, it shows that the IP address assignment is none and does not show which IP did the user get. It shows in the access server.

2- Can you disconnect a user from the ACS. Purging only delete the accouting but does not disconnect the user. I can disconnect by clearing the line where that user is logged but that is not flexible.

3- In the ACS you can limit the session for the user but when the user disconnect and connnect again he will be in. What I am looking for is away to give the users 3 hours time and then when he consume those 3 hours he cannot log in. You can limit the session to 3 hours but when he disconnect and connect again, he is granted another 3 hours.

Does any one has an idea.
