ASA FTP problems

i have a problem on my FTP from my dmz to my internal network when backing up data. it seems to time out and but i can check the inside server where the data from the dmz was transfered, it seems to have the file.

i have already configured a:

static (inside_lan_data,DMZ_to_Voice) 192.168.100.2 192.168.100.2 netmask 255.255.255.255

with appropriate acl's applied to it:

access-list DMZ_to_Voice_access_in extended permit ip host 192.168.200.2 host 192.168.100.2

what could be the problem with my ftp? how to i successfully transfers files using FTP?
