After power off and on couple times we manage to get access to IDS.However IDS it is stop booting after is trying to read the image from Hdd.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the question but I am having and IDS 4215 and I cannot log into it. I am using Cisco Rollover cable and CRT or Hyper terminal and I am wondering what it could be.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Mike,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IDS console is similar to other cisco boxes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;baud rate: 9600&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;data bits: 8&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;parity: none&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;stop bits: 1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;port: com1, com2 or if you used USB serial, depends (between Com3 to Com5).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, just check the pin inside the console port, in case it a bit loose. Other than that, could be hardware.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rgds,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
