Managed to find the way to apply the changes, thanks to the reference link below.

To apply Change: Go to

File => Deploy FirePOWER Change.

To view the Change apply status: Go to

Monitoring => ASA FirePOWER Monitoring => Task Status

Reference: https://community.cisco.com/t5/intrusion-prevention-and/cannot-apply-policies-after-fmc-upgrade/td-p/3096213

Apply Changes to Cisco Firepower via ASDM

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/firepower/623/asa-fp-services/asa-with-firepower-services-local-management-configuration-guide-v623/Managing-Devices.html#33601

According to link above (section - "Applying Changes to Device Configuration"), I suppose to see "Apply ASA FirePOWER Changes" and able to click it to apply the changes.

However, in my asdm, I see "You have unapplied changes". When I click on it, nothing happen.
