Cisco Smart Licensing Manager install issues

Hi,

Recently tried to install the Smart Software Manage Satellite - enhanced version 6.3 ( also tried 6.2 ) following the Cisco esxi install notes , got past the kickstart options and the VM SSMS seems to be functioning.

From the new VM you can ping the gateway and other subnets on our network , the machine is also able to be ping'd but after a few minutes you cannot contact the new VM SSMs via ping and not able to web browse to the page.

From the VM console you can loging and look at the network setting ,, the network card looks ok , plus its setup two other networks ( docker and atlantis0 ) which are probably for it webpages etc.

Why can't we ping this from other subnets, and even on the same subnet cannot access s the admin webpage,, Any ideas ?
