topic DBD:SQLlite:db do failed: disk I/O error in Network Security

I have 2 SFR firepower module on the ASA 5555x. I upgraded the code from 6.2.3.10 to 6.2.3.13 last night. After the upgrade, I deploy the policy. I was getting "dbd::SQLite:db do fail: disk i/o error" on the secondary ASA SFR. I deploy it again and it went well the 2nd time. This morning the same error happens on the primary ASA SFR. I deploy again and it is fine. This happens after the upgrade. What exactly is the error coming from? Why the 2nd push doesn't cause the error? Is this a bug? Hope you can give me some idea. Thanks.
