Cisco phone keeps disconnecting from VPN client

Hi,

I have a remote user who's experiencing frequent disconnects from VPN resulting in her calls dropping. I've been researching the issue for weeks, but haven't found a working solution yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've attached a recent status log for reference.
