Hello,

We had a similar issue and engaged Cisco TAC, they were able to identify the process/part of config that was stuck and clear it using CLI access to the FMC. They ran some script and cleared out the condition.

Even if you know, don't attempt as it might corrupt the FMC itself.

Dear All,

We have 2 firewalls ASA5525 -X with firepower services. Our FMC is hosted on Esxi server. We have currently 1 policy with 3 rules which are below:

1. Apps Block

2. URL Blocking

3. Allow All Policy

My requirement is to give access of facebook & youtube to certain IP's. I created new rule in same policy named Allow Management and added few IP's in network and added facebook and youtube URL and insert above rule 1 and save it. But when I try to deploy policy it gives error "Deployment failed in policy and object collection. If problem persists after retrying, contact cisco tac". If anybody have idea to resolve this will be much appreciated. Attached is the image of problem.

Thanks
