FirePower and FireSight:Time Synchronization Error.

Hello! Have some problems with FireSight and FirePower.With Synchronization.
Error on FIRESIGHT-Module Time Synchronization Status: 170.1.1.100 is out-of-sync
What I have:
Time on FirePower 10:35, but if a see this time on FireSight it look as 13:35
Time on FireSight 10:35
I think it is problem with time zome,but i can not to change it.
I try to do this in System-Configuration-time, but a can not to change time zone here(american/New York).
I try to change System-configuration-System policy-Time Synchronization.
May be it is possible ti change ZONE?
But a have error.Thank you!!!

And i find that : Time difference from DC 10823.IT is 3 hours.And i think that i have problem with time zone...
