    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The ISIS protocol use protocol identifier of 0x83, it is a layer 2 identifier.  IS-IS does not run over IP.  You would need to use an ACL in the 200-299 range, matching on  the L2 Protocol type.  &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might look into the CLNS filters to do this....
