Sourcefire IPS on a stick deployment

Hello.

Anyone can suggest ideas, we are deploying an architecture where we have an Nexus switch with some vlans and 2 IPS 8140 to configure IPS on a stick with virtual switches.

The problem started when configuring the virtual switches with the feature of "Drop BPDUs" enabled, the disaster becomes.

When enable Spanning tree on the virtual switch, the Nexus change the port connected to the IPS to block state.

Any ideas?
