&lt;P&gt;Once the troubleshoot file is generated, it is placed under /var/common/ directory. To extract the file use the command below:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;tar -xvzf troubleshoot_file.tar.gz &amp;lt;location where we want to extract&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Eg: tar -xvzf&amp;nbsp; file.tar.gz /var/tmp/&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
