Http inspection is primarily used for java filtering. If you specify http inspection without the java-list key word you can see slow performance. If you don't want to filter java you should just disable it all together.

Hi,

It's a quite shortcut answer.

I had to troubleshoot slow http perf on 12.4(7) and it has been solved in 12.4(12).

See bug N? CSCsc72722.

You can have http inspection without java with an empty java-list Acl (permit any any).

hopes it can help
