Sourcefire Linux OS update/patch

Hello,

I am using Sourcefire Linux OS (virtual) 5.4.0 (build 126). I wonder how I can find out the available recommended/required updates/patches for this.

I logged in below link

https://software.cisco.com/download/navigator.html?emailclick=CNSemail

and saw this, not sure if it means "Sourcefire Linux OS" or it means something else:

Firepower Management Center Virtual Appliance 5.3.1

I am not too familiar with all these terminologies

Is there any recommended way to subscribe to get the alert on the update/patch for the cisco product (ASA 5515 with firepower) that i am using? I don't want to miss out the recommended/required updates
