ASA 5506-X URL filtering not working

I've configurd my ASA 5506-X as the manual in the webs but it can filter the categories configured in teh Control Access Policy.

I have de license installed and configured the redirect to de Firepower Module(Policy is up to date).

I'll appreciate your help.

Please check the cloud service option under local>configuration.

You can do a firewall debug by entering into firepower module CLI to see which rule your traffic hits.

>system support firewall-engine debug (use auto complete)

it will show you which rule your traffic hits and most importantly if the traffic is even coming to Firepower module.
