We have encoutered some problem when downloading the firepower software.

see error below.

Hi John,

Not sure what these errors are but if you still can not download the software then open up a TAC case, available engineer will publish the required software image for you.

If this is because of some privilege issue then you can try sending an email to ent-dl@cisco.com as well along with your contract info.
