&lt;P&gt;Not sure what these errors are but if you still can not download the software then open up a TAC case, available engineer will publish the required software image for you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this is because of some privilege issue then you can try sending an email to ent-dl@cisco.com as well along with your contract info.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;
