FireSight HTTP Response not always working

I have the Firesight Virtual Management Center and the matching ASA-5525-X FirePower module installed.
Everything is working except the http response page.

It is crazy on some computers on the same subnet the HTTP Response page displays every time, on others it never displays.
Same OS, Same version of Browser, Same subnet, If I use the default HTTP response or a custom: Same result

The URL filter works for both, but I want the HTTP Response to show regardless of what computer I use.

What gives?

This is HTTP sites only. I understand the caveat with HTTPS that everyone has.

Please help!

Just to add another element:

Just to add another element: On the machines where the HTTP Response doesn't show up, it will actually show up if I refresh the page 5 or so times. Explain that! The custom or Default response behaves the same way! My custom page is tiny. Only 662 of 49892 characters used.

Aastha - Thank you for the response. I am on 5.4.0.6. I have solved this problem. It was our Trend Firewall not allowing the insertion of the HTTP response.
