      <title>FireSigth Center GUI problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Guys,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm&amp;nbsp; having trouble to access the Firesight Defense Center via GUI page. My question is how can I restart that service with our restarting the whole server.what i see on my page is&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Unable to connec&lt;/STRONG&gt;t&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm using firefox 43.0.2, it was working before....&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;any suggestions...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can restart the services by the CLI the command is : pmtool restartbyid httpsd&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this is 6.0 Defense center then you might also need to restart GUI service by command : pmtool restartbytype gui.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also you can check if you are getting any errors while accessing GUI in : cd&amp;nbsp; /var/log/httpd and then&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ls the files you will find recent https access files.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Maybe I need to open a TAC case?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also I restart using this commad.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Any particular error that you are getting while accessing it ? Did you changed anything wrt to the certificates ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you try to get the error messages from the path given earlier.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
