Hi Team,

I had a problem when upgrading our FMC to 5.4.0.

This error is seen rarely. This is a known issue : CSCze94563

i just edited the bug to hold more information. It might take some time to reflect it.

The Task Status page may present the above error, however, the Help > About UI page will indicate that the system in question is running version 5.4

You can also check the logs to confirm this.

cat /var/log/sf/<5.4_upgrade_directory>/main_upgrade_script.log

The last line should read " Success, removed upgrade lock"
