&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First thing is that you are blocking it based on Applications and not on URL categorization.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the snapshot that you have send me is correct , i do see Interactive Block , and you said when you try to access the applications it does not block. Can you try Block with reset instead of interactive block and then see if that works.&lt;/P&gt;
