can't get cursor on pix

Hi,

We configured unrestricted pix for failover long time ago.

We need use it without standby now, and can't get cursor.

We've got the following message :

" pixfirewall>

No Response from Mate

Failover LAN Failed"

how could we get cursor?

pl try by disabling failover...... I since since failover is enabled PIX is trying to mate with standby device,,, since it is not finding it;;;; it may be telling no respone from mate.Hope it works

if i may ask do u mean that you configured another pix machine for standby or is it that you configured a standby ip address on the existing router pls i need to know in order to solve your question

Hi,

yes,we've configured another pix as failover.

We connected the other pix and we can get cursor now.

We remove failover configuration and we can use it alone.
