fwsm failed the ftp services?

dear sir,

We suspect the fwsm is blocking the ftp services . Hereby attached the fwsm show tech-support & troubleshooting screenshot that explain how it fail the ftp services. Please refer inside the troubleshooting screenshot "working scenario" & non working scenario" . We wish to perform ftp session from local lan to external ftp server which are el.net.my .

Please advise.

Unfortunately there's not enough of the information in what you provided:

We need:

The source IP address going to ftp.el.net.my (which I assume you are not natting and still resolves to 211.24.148.199) when it fails. It would also be helpful to know the source IP address when it works.

I have faced the same issue myself. Got resolved when i removed the fixup for ftp.

no fixup protocol ftp 21

should do the trick.
